This course will teach you the advanced Pilates exercises to get a toned body, it is a great Pilates course for men.

Your teacher looks at the history of Pilates and why Pilates is good for you.

There’s loads of easy exercises to help you strengthen your core and extend your muscles to reduce any risk of injury when you do any other activities.

You’ll learn how to breathe during exercises and work the core muscles, using your spine to stretch and how to relax to maximise the stretch for more mobility and flexibility.

This great video series shows you how to increase your energy and give you an increased sense of well being.

The Exercises are all designed to tone your whole body and this course has more advanced movements for strengthening your muscles through Pilates exercises. It'll really tone your muscles and not only give you a great workout but an incredible body.
