Pilates - how to tone up and have some fun!
This course will teach you how from the basics to the more advanced Pilates exercises. There’s loads of easy exercises to help you strengthen your core and extend your muscles to reduce any risk of injury when you do any other activities
You’ll learn how to breathe during exercises and work the core muscles, using your spine to stretch and how to relax to maximise the stretch for more mobility and flexibility.
This great 3 video series shows you how to increase your energy and give you an increased sense of well being.
Video one for beginners will help you stretch your muscles and learn the basic techniques.
Video two incorporates some intermediate Pilates exercises for deep body conditioning to strengthen the core muscles.
Video three is more advanced movements fro strengthening your core muscles through Pilates exercises. It'll really tone your muscles and not only give you a great workout but an incredible body.
